Recent Courses

I recently completed my first course at FenixWorks. What a great location! Despite some “learning moments” with the Macs, the course went very smoothly.

I am looking forward to more courses there. Click HERE to see the FenixWorks website.

Fresh on the heels of my maiden voyage with FenixWorks, I taught another course there on Thursday, Feb 21. This one had only one student in it, but I am enjoying the more “consultative” approach to the course and - as usually happens - I am learning as much as I am teaching.

On that same day, Feb 21, I had also committed to teach a similar course for the Small Business Development Center at their Clackamas Campus. That one had eight fantastic students from whom I also learned a lot.

The main theme of that busy day (seven hours of teaching) was the need for a course in Wordpress. Wordpress is a great system for making blog sites (this site is a Wordpress site.) A good course in how to make these sites would help people to create and manage their own websites - a revolutionary idea.

If you are interested in that course, or any others, please leave a comment or contact me.

    Hello Rob,
    Great Newsletter!
It would be cool if you could do a web class on Wordpress. Unless you want to come out to Michigan! Revolutionary idea indeed.
